One item I forgot to include about Zanzibar is that legendary singer, Freddy Mercury, lead singer of Queen is from Zanzibar. These pictures are of his home. One of his parents are from arab descent(father I think), when he was a teenager, he went to boarding school in Bombay. The kiosk board also spoke of his earlier bands and music. I didn't get a whole lot of information bc we passed quickly....
